OAM installation exits changes

z/OS DFSMS Software Support for IBM System Storage TS1140, TS1130, and TS1120 Tape Drives (3592)

These installation exits support the EFMT4 and EEFMT4 recording technology and the MEDIA11, MEDIA12 and MEDIA13 media types:
  • Change use attribute (CBRUXCUA) installation exit: Tape recording technology fields have been updated with EFMT4 and EEFMT4. The media type fields have been updated for MEDIA11, MEDIA12 and MEDIA13.
  • Cartridge entry (CBRUXENT) installation exit: Tape recording technology fields have been updated with EFMT4 and EEFMT4. The media type fields have been updated for MEDIA11, MEDIA12 and MEDIA13.
  • Cartridge eject (CBRUXEJC) installation exit: Tape recording technology fields have been updated with EFMT4 and EEFMT4. The media type fields have been updated for MEDIA11, MEDIA12 and MEDIA13.
  • Volume not in library (CBRUXVNL) installation exit: Tape recording technology fields have been updated with EFMT4 and EEFMT4. The media type fields have been updated for MEDIA11, MEDIA12 and MEDIA13. For additional information regarding this exit, refer to Volume not in library installation exit enhancement.
