On the Tape Library Define and Tape Library Alter/Redefine panels, Scratch Threshold fields appear for media types MEDIA11, MEDIA12, and MEDIA13.

On the Tape Library display and Tape Library List panels, Scratch Threshold and Scratch Number fields appear for media types MEDIA11, MEDIA12, and MEDIA13.
