Explanation

The ICB contains a count of zero for the number of BAM blocks in the RACF® database.

System action

The map function stops.

Programmer response

Make sure that your database was pre-formatted by the RACF Database Initialization Utility (IRRMIN00). Also, ensure that SYSRACF DD statement points to the correct database you want to use.
