Page definitions for HP-CL4 and PPDS printers
Page definitions for HP-CL4 and PPDS printers are supplied for
formatting some of the more common paper sizes, as the tables in this topic show. For
information about the paper sizes supported for your printer, see
the publications for your printer.
Each of these page definitions specifies a channel-1 (carriage)
control character to position at the top of the next page.
Table 34 describes the page definitions
for cut-sheet A4 paper, which is 8.27 inches wide by 11.69 inches
high.
