Users with the Developer role can view the detailed logs in the Self
Service
for the process of deploying customization. The logs are available for 30 days from the date of
deployment. The log displays details for all stages of the process. Steps for each stage are
displayed. After completion of each step, the stage is marked as complete. If any step fails, the
stage is marked as failed.
Procedure

Access the Self
Service with your IBMid.

From the Self Serve menu, select Environments.
The Environments dashboard is displayed.
- From the list of environments, select an environment.
- In the Customizations tab, click the
Deployments tab, and then click the file name.
You can view the logs for the deployment of the selected customization on the servers.
The log is displayed for each stage of the process. Errors, if any, are displayed under each
stage in the log file.
After the deployment process is complete, you can view the logs also from the
Processes tab.
