Find the available operator channel versions for each operator and instance in this release of IBM Cloud Pak® for Integration.

Cloud Pak for Integration 16.1.0

You can upgrade any operator within your Cloud Pak for Integration 16.1.0 installation to one of the channel versions that is listed in the table. However, you must first follow the applicable procedure in Applying fix packs between major releases.

* Further entitlement, such as the "IBM Cloud Pak for Integration Event Processing Add-on”, is required. For more information, see "Event Processing Add-on" in Licensing.
** If your organization has a requirement to use IBM App Connect Enterprise 13.0, it is possible to upgrade the IBM App Connect operator beyond channel v12.0-sc2 without having to upgrade other components of the Cloud Pak for Integration. However, before upgrading the IBM App Connect operator beyond channel v12.0-sc2, keep the following considerations in mind:
The IBM App Connect operator and all instances managed by the IBM App Connect operator must be upgraded to the latest versions.
Ensure that the IBM App Connect operator version you upgrade to is supported on the OpenShift version you are using. The latest operator will have a different OpenShift support matrix than the one listed above.
The IBM App Connect operator and instances will be supported under a continous delivery (CD) support cycle instead of Support Cycle-2 (long term support), unlike the rest of instances in your Cloud Pak installation.
Because App Connect Enterprise 13.0 is provided as a CD release, the operator and instances will need to be upgraded more frequently.
The integration server instances are deprecated, and will be removed in a future CD release. Because of this impending loss of support and usage, an effective strategy would be to convert the integration server instance to integration runtime instances. *** The IBM Aspera HSTS operator is not supported on versions 4.18, 4.19, or 4.20.
**** Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.15 was previously supported. It has been removed from the list of supported versions as it is no longer supported by Red Hat. For more information, see Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform Life Cycle Policy ("Life Cycle Dates" table).
