Resetting a view to its configuration
You can reset a view to the columns, filtering and sorting that are saved in the view configuration preferences. Any changes you made to the columns, filtering and sorting in the open view are cancelled.
About this task
This procedure resets the view to its configuration settings, which specify the columns, filtering and sorting for the view. View configurations are set in the CICS View Configurations pane in the Preferences window. If a view is not configured, this procedure resets the view to the defaults supplied with CICS Explorer®.
To reset a view to the defaults supplied with CICS Explorer, create a new view for the resource type. See Creating a CICS resource table view.
Procedure
- Start from the resource view that you want to reset.
- Click the Reset to View Configuration button
in the toolbar 
of the view.
Results
The view is displayed with the columns, filtering and sorting that is specified in its configuration.
