```
Represents consumer of Action-based objects. This interface is the base for subinterfaces representing specific consumers, namely, Subscription-based interfaces and DocumentLifecyclePolicy. Generally speaking, ActionConsumer objects enable user-implemented actions to execute when specified events fire on a specified Content Engine object.
You can instantiate a persisted ActionConsumer object by calling the getInstance or fetchInstance method on the Factory.ActionConsumer class.
