If you have the appropriate role, you can set a space to
be the home space.
Before you begin
The ID that you use to log into Heritage Process Portal must
be assigned the superuser role.
About this task
To set the home space, perform the following steps. Note
that if you do not share the space with all users as described in
Step 2, you are prompted to make the space public (available to all
users). You must share the space before you can use it as the home
space.
Procedure
- Click Manage Spaces. The Space Manager opens.
- Share the space with all users:
- In the row for the space you want to share, click . The Share window opens.
- Click and then select Group
Search.
- In the search field, type an asterisk (*) or All
Authenticated Users and then click .
- Select the check box for All Authenticated
Users and then click Add to View.
- Click Save.
- In the row for the space that you want to specify as a
home space, click . A confirmation
window opens.
- Click OK in the confirmation window.
Click Done in the Space Manager to save
your changes.
Results
The space you specified becomes the home space for all users.
