public javax.jms.TopicSession createTopicSession(boolean transacted, int acknowledgeMode) throws javax.jms.JMSException
Creates a TopicSession object.- Specified by:
createTopicSession
in interfacejavax.jms.TopicConnection
- Parameters:
transacted
- if true, throws a JMSException on a real-time connection to a brokeracknowledgeMode
- indicates whether the consumer or the client will acknowledge any messages it receives; ignored if the session is transacted. Legal values are Session.AUTO_ACKNOWLEDGE, Session.CLIENT_ACKNOWLEDGE, and Session.DUPS_OK_ACKNOWLEDGE.- Returns:
- a newly created topic session
- Throws:
javax.jms.JMSException
- if the connection failed to create a session due to an internal error or if a transacted session was requested when using a real-time connection to a broker
