When you configure a connection to an IBM® FileNet® Content Manager repository in the IBM Content
Navigator administration tool,
you can optionally configure the repository to connect to a Process Engine connection point.
About this task
You must complete this task if you plan to
use custom or predefined workflows in IBM Content
Navigator.
The
connection point that you select determines which workflows are available
to the users who access the repository.
Procedure
To configure access to workflows
- In the IBM Content
Navigator administration
tool, log in to the repository for which you want to configure workflows.
- On the Configuration Parameters tab,
select the appropriate Process Engine connection
point.
- Optional: You can specify whether to display
icons when a work item is locked or has a deadline in the list of
state icons.
Tip: If you configure the repository
to display icons for work items, you can customize the icons that
are displayed in the tab of the administration
tool.
- Save your changes to the repository configuration.
