Configure your IBM®
Cognos® Analytics mail
server to send notifications using IBM
Cognos Event Studio.
Procedure
- Start IBM Cognos Configuration.
- In the Explorer pane, click Notification.
- Enter the notification properties:
- In the SMTP mail server box, type a mail
server that is appropriate for your environment.
- In the Account and Password box, type your
e-mail user ID and password.
- In the Default sender box, type the following:
notifications@ibmcognos
- Save the configuration.
