Creating contacts
If a recipient is not part of the IBM® Cognos® security system, you can create a contact
for this person.
Procedure
What to do next
- On the General tab under Advanced, you can disable or hide the contact.
- On the Preferences tab, you can specify the contact's default format, their time zone, and the language of their Cognos Analytics content.
- On the Permissions tab, you can set access permissions for the contact. For more information, see Setting access to capabilities.
You can also add the contact to a distribution list.
