- Non-VSAM high-level qualifier to be used for allocating the runtime data sets. If you plan to
allocate SMS-managed data sets for the runtime environment, the high-level qualifier that you
specify must be eligible for SMS-managed volumes.
For PARMGEN configuration, the value of this parameter for a sharing runtime environment must be the same as the value for the shared runtime environment.
