This parameter contains the mid-level qualifier for base runtime library allocations.

- Mid-level qualifier for base runtime library allocations. Accept the default value (the base runtime environment name), even though this parameter is modifiable for a base runtime environment. For a full and sharing runtime environment, the mid-level qualifier is set to the runtime environment name (RTE_NAME parameter value) and cannot be changed.
