VTAM Application Address Spaces workspace
The VTAM Application Address Spaces workspace displays data for all address spaces with an active VTAM application.
To display this workspace, right-click the Applications Navigator item that is under the VTAM Navigator item, and then click VTAM Application Address Spaces.
This workspace displays the following views:
- Applications Not in Active State: Displays a table showing the address spaces with one or more VTAM applications with a current state other than Active.
- Applications Not Ready for CINIT: Displays a table showing the address spaces with one or more VTAM applications that are not ready for CINIT.
- ABENDing, Quiescing, Closing,
or Sessions Queued: Displays a bar chart showing the
number of VTAM applications that are:
- Blue represents the number of VTAM applications that are ABENDing.
- Yellow represents the number of VTAM applications that are Quiescing.
- Pink represents the number of VTAM applications that are Closing.
- Green represents the number of VTAM applications that have Sessions Queued.
- Pending Active Sessions >
0: Displays a bar chart showing the number of VTAM
sessions in an address space:
- Blue represents the number of VTAM sessions that are pending active.
- Yellow represents the number of VTAM sessions that are active.
- Waiting for Responses:
Displays a bar chart showing the number of VTAM sessions waiting
for responses in an address space:
- Blue represents the number of VTAM sessions that are waiting for a pacing response.
- Yellow represents the number of VTAM sessions that are waiting for an inbound response.
- VTAM Application Address Spaces Summary table: Displays information about VTAM applications and sessions for each address space with an active VTAM application.
