Resolving The Problem
Defect APAR PM49089 has been resolved.
WORKAROUND
- Open the httpd.conf file in a text editor. This file is located in the IBM HTTP Server directory:
32-bit servers:
<drive>:\Program Files\IBM\RationalSDLC\common\IHS\conf
64-bit servers:
<drive>:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\RationalSDLC\common\IHS\conf
- The ServerRoot value for the IBM HTTP Server directory path needs to be surrounded by double quotes. Add the double quotes around the IBM HTTP Server directory path.
Example:
#
# Root of the Server tree.
#
ServerRoot "C:/Program Files/IBM/RationalSDLC/common/IHS"
- Save the httpd.conf file.
Note: If the error persists, then a restart of the IBM HTTP server may be required to take effect of the saved httpd.conf file.
