Overview

The provided Automated Service Monitoring solution is based on the
CloudPak4AIOps for Automated Fault Management, combined with Network Performance
Management – SevOne and is added with a customer’s Service Inventory and The Service Correlation Engine (Correlate 2.0) and custom visualization clients V2.0 from TIMETOACT. This analyses status messages in the context of business processes in order to provide information on service availability.
