The Starlings, a duo composed of Tom Dice and Kato Callebaut, are two singer-songwriters with a passion for music and for each other. Their music can be described as harmonious, rootsy popmusic with an acoustic feel and melancholic touch in which their voices blend beautifully together. The Starlings sing about recovering in love and life, from all time low to the top. Last year, they aired in "Liefde Voor Muziek (VTM/Flanders) " with overwhelming success. In their performance, the Starlings will bring a mix of their own songs and original covers such as "little submarine" which hit the charts for weeks in 2020.
Hanne is a Belgian news-anchor at the Flemisch Public Television (VRT) since September 2012. As a journalist and charismatic presenter with a legal background, she works for in-depth focus programs such as Terzake and Het Journaal, where she mainly covers stories on politics. Comizzo develops mobile services and participates in different projects such as Roadsmart, Immozo, Brainsnack, Outria etc .. In 2014 Stefan Costeur co-founded The Booze Store NV as a subsidiary of Comizzo. The Booze Store is the owner of www.ginsonline.be and different own products such as Dunes Gin, Matterhorn Gin, La Petite Merveille Gin and GluGin. Also in 2014 Stefan Costeur co-founded the startup OutletBoutique, and created a platform for Online sales of Outlet from person to person and for multibrand boutiques. Since July 2017 Stefan Costeur is responsible for the Digital team @t SNCB. Wouter Welling is Coordinating Policy Officer Digital Identity at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. He has been active in the ever changing eGovernment domain for a while now. He has worked in eGovernment related business in private sector, governmental IT service delivery and the eGovernment policy making. He worked on governmental digital services for citizens, information platforms for government, data exchange within government and advised the Dutch Cabinet on these matters. He also worked on documentaries on these topics. On a regular basis Wouter Welling gives guest lectures on universities about the relationship between government and new technologies. Currently he works on the role government has in the digital identity of Dutch citizens and all the questions that surround this topic.

Petra De Sutter was sworn in on the 1st October 2020 as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Public Enterprises, Civil Service, Telecommunication and Post under Prime Minister Alexander De Croo. She has six years of political experience, as well as a long career as a gynaecologist and fertility expert. She entered politics in 2014, as a member of the Flemish green party Groen, motivated by the desire to combat the use of harmful substances in everyday environments.
As the Minister responsible for Public Enterprises, Civil Service, Telecommunication and Post De Sutter will focus on the challenges of digitalisation and sustainability. The importance of a strong and well-run state is indeed more important than ever during this period of COVID-19. As Deputy Prime Minister, De Sutter will also be responsible for the green agenda within wider government policy. Her knowledge of her portfolio and her integrity mean she is respected and trusted across party lines.
In the Belgian Senate and the Council of Europe, De Sutter championed women’s sexual and reproductive health and rights, and tackled bio-ethical questions, including surrogacy and commercial egg donation. She is committed to a socially equitable Europe, and to improving the rights and protections of refugees and the LGBTQI+ community.
In 2019, De Sutter was elected to the European Parliament as the leading candidate for her party Groen. She was a member in the Committee on the Environment and Public Health, the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs, and was the first Green Chair of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection.

Ben Smeets has worked for the government since 1986 and played a role in major change projects including the creation of the FPS BOSA. This FPS supports the government and federal organisations in policy and implementation in areas such as human resources, budget, accounting, procurement and digitalisation. Since January 2017, Ben has held the position of Director-General of Digital Transformation, a post he combined from 1 December 2019 to 1 March 2021 with that of Chairman and Director-General of Persopoint. He coordinates and guides the steps that the Federal Government wants to take in the digital world with a focus on citizens and businesses, to take up a new challenge in the near future. His focus is on cooperation, transformation, innovation and above all the human approach.
