SMS Gateway

With SMS Gateway, you can set up a cognitive SMS agent that customers can interact with over SMS messages. Depending on how you configure SMS Gateway, you can enable contact center agents to hand off customers to the SMS agent, or you can enable customers to contact the SMS agent directly. SMS Gateway is deployed as a completely independent environment from Voice Gateway.
