Sterling Intelligent Promising delivers intelligent omnichannel fulfillment through modular, cloud-native services that enable accurate order promising, real-time inventory visibility, and optimized fulfillment decisions. The platform helps retailers maximize inventory productivity, minimize cost-to-serve, and enhance customer experience.

Each license provides a set of selected services. The Sterling Intelligent Promising licenses offer the following components.

A modular Promising, Inventory Visibility and Optimization service
An Order Hub UI service.
A Self Service web-based user interface for the SaaS offering only.
Self Service is available to onboard customers in Sterling Intelligent Promising. It provides your organization's administrators and developers with a web-based user interface, which they can use to complete tasks for administering, troubleshooting, and updating your environments. Sterling Intelligent Promising offerings

The Sterling Intelligent Promising is available as a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering and an on-premises containers offering.

Sterling Intelligent Promising SaaS offering: Provides cloud-based access without the need for onsite infrastructure. For more information about getting started, see Getting started for SaaS.

Sterling Intelligent Promising on-premises containers offering

Allows deployment within your own infrastructure by using container orchestration. The on-premises containers offering is available only in the Sterling Intelligent Promising Standard package. The premium capabilities in containers are provided as an add-on through the Sterling Intelligent Promising Standard package.
