Deployment and usage data
The Program may collect and transmit certain data and metrics regarding Licensee's deployment and usage of the Program ("Deployment and Usage Data"). Deployment and Usage Data may include, for example, quantitative metrics relating to usage of the Program or its features (for example, API calls, events, storage, user interface interactions) and information regarding the environment on which the Program is deployed, such as hosting platform, operating system, cloud provider, and location. Deployment and Usage Data does not include personal information or the contents of Licensee’s data managed by the Program.
Deployment and Usage Data may be sent to servers managed by IBM and/or third parties providing data analytics services to IBM. IBM may use such Deployment and Usage Data for IBM's internal business purposes, including management, planning, supporting, improving and enhancing IBM products and services, to support and advise Licensee regarding Licensee's use of IBM software programs, and to other IBM products and services to Licensee. IBM may share such Deployment and Usage Data with its affiliates, contractors and business partners worldwide for these purposes. The Deployment and Usage Data feature is disabled by default. Refer to the program documentation for detailed instructions on how to disable the Deployment and Usage Data collection functionality.

Audit log and application logs
IBM Process Mining audit log records user and administrator activities. You can view it by going to . For more information, see Viewing recent activities.
You can also view the logs of a process app that you use to create a project. For more information, see Viewing the process app logs.
You can also view application logs in the Linux non-containerized environment. For more information, see Accessing application log files. On the SaaS environment, the application logs are not available to the user inside the application. You can only request to view such cases through the customer support.
