Audit log and application logs

IBM Process Mining audit log records user and administrator activities. You can view it by going to Administration > Recent activities. For more information, see Viewing recent activities.

You can also view the logs of a process app that you use to create a project. For more information, see Viewing the process app logs.

There are also application logs. To learn how to view them in the traditional environment, see Accessing application log files. On the SaaS environemnt, the application logs are not available to the user inside the application. You can only request to view such cases through the customer support. When accessing IBM Process Mining on the SaaS environment, you see the following message:

You can always change your choices by clicking on Cookie Preferences the next time you enter the site.
