Viewing your account information

You can view your IBM® NS1 Connect® unique account ID, your IBM customer number (ICN), and your plan type.

You might also want to view the type of plan that you are subscribed to; for example, if you switched your plan, you can confirm that the change is in effect. You can also check if you have non-existent domain (NXD) waiver or distributed denial of service (DDoS) overage protection. A green checkmark indicates that your plan includes the feature. A yellow warning symbol indicates that your plan doesn't include the feature.

To view your account information:

1. Click the User Settings icon and select Usage.

Your plan type, account ID, and if you have one, your ICN are displayed on the upper left part of the Account usage dashboard.
