Getting support
With an IBM® NS1 Connect® plan, different support options are available to you depending on your plan type.
With a free edition plan, you have support through the IBM NS1 Connect Community where you can find resources and discuss common topics with other NS1 Connect users. With a purchased plan, you can contact IBM support.
IBMid
You need an IBMid to access any of the support options. Refer to Create an IBMid for instructions on how to create an IBMid.
Registration for support
Before you can contact IBM support, you must register for support. Refer to IBM support Site Registration for instructions on how to register.
Plan types and support
Once you have your IBMid and you are registered for IBM support, you can contact IBM support if you have a paid plan.
