Installing
IBM® Maximo® Real Estate and Facilities is an application in the IBM Maximo Application Suite. To install IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities, you deploy it in IBM Maximo Application Suite.
-
First install Maximo Application Suite and the Manage Foundation Service. For more information about installing Maximo Application Suite, see Installing.
-
Then deploy Maximo Real Estate and Facilities in Maximo Application Suite.
The Maximo Real Estate and Facilities application consists of Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Platform and Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Application. The Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Red Hat® OpenShift® operator version is aligned with the Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Platform.
When you deploy the Maximo Real Estate and Facilities operator for the first time, it installs the version of Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Application that is packaged with the operator. For example, installing Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Platform 9.1 installs Maximo Real Estate and Facilities Application 9.1. To upgrade or install add-ons, download the required eImages from IBM Passport Advantage.
For more information about deploying IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities, see Deploying Maximo Real Estate and Facilities in Maximo Application Suite.
