Support for Android 16

IBM MaaS360 announces zero-day support for Android 16. With this support, all IBM MaaS360 apps are compatible with Android 16 APIs. For more information, see Android 16 Overview.

Support for HTTP Protocol in Secure Browser app

The HTTP protocol is supported back to SecureBrowser app only. For more information, see Supported data transmission protocols for IBM MaaS360 Android apps.

New Android MDM Policies for Security and Restrictions

IBM MaaS360 introduces new policies in Data Security that are called Allow Content Capture for AI Purposes and Allow Content Capture for AI Purposes on Personal Profile, and new policies in Network Restrictions that are called Default dialer application and Default SMS application to improve the data security and the device compliance.
