The zfcp device driver could not attach the name
server port of the fibre channel fabric to an FCP device. A possible
cause of this problem is memory constraints.
User response
Set the FCP device offline, free some memory, then
set the FCP device online again. If this does not resolve the problem,
reboot Linux® and try again
to set the FCP device online.
