Getting support
ATTENTION!! IBM Blockchain Platform Software Edition is being replaced by IBM Support for Hyperledger Fabric!! IBM Blockchain Platform Software Edition will no longer be supported after April 30, 2023. Customers have been directed to migrate their networks by April 30, 2023. After this date, IBM Blockchain Platform software networks that are not migrated to IBM Support for Hyperledger Fabric will be at risk for potential security vulnerabilities. Migration scripts are provided, and the disruption to your network is minimal. See Migrating to IBM Support for Hyperledger Fabric for details.
IBM® Blockchain Platform 2.5.3 provides several avenues for troubleshooting problems and getting support, which depend on your IBM Blockchain Platform product, support plan and case severity.
Security incidents
IBM® Blockchain Platform 2.5.3 provides the following methods for investigating and reporting security incidents:
- Search known IBM security issues on the IBM Product Security Incident Response. You can filter the issues by severity.
- Report your security issue to the IBM Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT). Reporting methods for third-parties and anonymous sources are also provided.
- IBM support subscribers can log in and open a case with the appropriate severity. Refer to details, including IBM response times, below in Submitting support cases.
General support
It is recommended to start with free digital support resources to troubleshoot problems and get help from IBM and the Hyperledger Fabric Community. If your problem cannot be solved by using those resources, submit a support case through the mysupport page. For more information, see Submitting support cases.
