Revoking a Workflow Center registration

You can revoke a Workflow Center registration when you are no longer sharing toolkits.

Before you begin

Before you revoke a Workflow Center registration, consider the following points:
  • After a registration has been revoked, you cannot share new toolkits with that workflow center. Toolkits that the workflow center previously shared and subscribed to become local to that workflow center. If new snapshots of a toolkit that the workflow center subscribed to are released, they are not available to that workflow center.
  • When you re-create a registration after revoking it, all the links to the shared toolkit are reestablished. The workflow center with the reinstated registration can again see changes that have been made to the subscribed toolkit.

About this task

When you revoke a registration, toolkits can no longer be shared with that workflow center. The workflow center with a revoked registration is removed from the list of registered workflow centers.

Procedure

To revoke a Workflow Center registration, complete the following steps:

  1. In Workflow Center, select the Admin tab and click Workflow Center Registration.
  2. Next to the workflow center name, click Revoke.

Results

The workflow center with a revoked registration is removed from the list of registered workflow centers.
