There are specific rules that you must consider when you
either share or archive a toolkit.

- The toolkit has at least one released snapshot.
- If one or more toolkits are dependencies of a parent toolkit,
all dependent toolkits must be shared before sharing the parent toolkit.
- If one or more snapshots are dependencies of a parent snapshot,
all dependent snapshots must be released before releasing the parent
snapshot.

- Toolkit does not participate in dependencies.
