Transaction - Cancellation
On the platform Payment Live board, under the section Transactions you can see different boxes that contain transactions in different statuses. These boxes have different colors: Green, Blue, Yellow, and Red.
In this document we are going to learn about cancellation reasons and cancelled a transaction available in green queues.
Transaction cancellation is restricted to specific roles. If you do not have access to this part of the platform and need to cancel some transactions, please contact your administrator.
How to identify the reason of the cancellation?
Transactions with the status "Cancelled" are transactions whose processing has stopped. In order to avoid this scenario on your transaction, you must identify the reason for this cancellation.
To identify the transaction cancellation reason, within the Payment Live Board > Transactions section:

Click on the “Transactions cancelled” queue to display the list of transactions.

Find the transaction you want to view within this list.

Click on Details to display the whole transaction information.

Use the View state button to know the status reason. The State reason will display the rejection reason.
How to manually cancel a transaction?
In the Transactions section within the Payment Live Board, you can find all transactions in the “Sent”, “Ack”, “In progress” and “Completed” status.
A transaction can be cancelled by all users with the correct role.
You can cancel your own transactions or transactions created by other users.
To cancel a transaction, you need to:

Click on the “Transactions sent” or “Transaction acknowledge” or “Transaction in progress” or “Transaction completed”: you will have access to the list of transactions that can be cancelled.

Find the transaction you want to cancel within this list.

Click on Details to display the whole transaction information and click on Cancel.

For all transactions you cancel, you will be asked for a confirmation. Press Call button at the bottom corner.
When you cancel a transaction, the status "Sent”/”Ack”/”In progress”/”Completed” changes to “Cancelled”.
