As IBM Support Insights (IBM SI) continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.

Fixed issues and upgrades

Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.

The search functionality in the* Inventory and Coverage sections of the Inventory management* page of SI is now enhanced and allows searching for multiple items simultaneously.
When utilizing multi-items searching, users can use the assets' entire serial numbers, when they wish to see specific devices, or parts of serial numbers, when aiming for a bigger array of items.
The different search items, called search strings, can be separated with either of four recognized delimiters - a comma, a blank space, a tab, or a new line (when pasting from external files).
If a client's inventory contains assets with serial numbers that include a delimiter - users can utilize the multi-items search for those items' serial numbers by escaping the delimiter with the use of a backslash (see the multi-search section for specific instructions for use).

When submitting change requests for multiple assets simultaneously, users can now select up to 100 devices to include in the same change request. Please note, this applies for US-based assets only.
In the Coverage - by group tab of the Inventory management page of SI, the list of HW coverage expiration statuses has been updated and now matches the asset coverage statuses available on the other pages of the application.
