As IBM Support Insights continues to evolve, here are the details of the application's current progress.

Fixed issues and upgrades

Following is a list of improvements and new implementations in the application.

Virtual assistant enhancements

  • The SI virtual assistant's conversation flow is updated to allow users a smoother free-form conversation with enhanced input recognition.
  • The application's chatbot can now accept and store user feedback.

General improvements

  • You can now find information on the recommended version levels for SUSE Linux.
  • The application's global filter data points are now expanded with the addition of Expert care, via which you can choose to only see assets under such a specific premium/proactive contract.

Known issues and limitations

Following is a list of usability constraints or challenges in the current version of the application.

Risks & Recommendations - Security & Hardware lifecycle The asset details table filtering capability does not allow for editing filters. Remove your current filter and apply a new one.
Risks & Recommendations - Security The summary table is currently sorted by Product family. To be fixed in a future release.
Risks & Recommendations - Hardware lifecycle The chart's months distribution is misaligned visually. To be fixed in a future release.
