Administration access

In order to access the Administration pages click on the wrench icon, labelled Administration upon hover, in the application's header.

Note, you will only see the icon in the header if you have been granted administrator access rights to the specific client account. You may be assigned different roles for different clients. For more details on the available roles in the application, see the roles section.

Access Administration

The Administration page of IBM Support Insights contains three sections available for selection on the left-hand side:

Administration

  • Asset filters - on this page, you can set and manage asset viewing filters that can be then assigned to users
  • Configurations - on this page, you can set and modify custom asset properties
  • Users - on this page, you can manage users
  • Change requests - on this page, you can manage which users will receive e-mail notifications about which type of change requests
