Some of the benefits of B2Bi SaaS Hub include:
- The same access to the applications, data, tools, and settings that you have in Customer Center. You won't need to re-create your account!
- IBMid integration. One account login that you can use for all things IBM, like your B2Bi SaaS applications, the IBM Support community, and more!
- Improvements for admins. It's much easier to add and manage your users!

How do I switch to B2Bi SaaS Hub?
Customer Center is no longer in service, so the guided process to switch to B2Bi SaaS Hub is no longer available. If you still need to switch your Customer Center account to B2Bi SaaS Hub, IBM Support can help. Contact IBM Support and provide your IBMid.
After you are switched to B2Bi SaaS Hub, you can access your B2Bi SaaS applications through the IBM Sterling login page. Remember to use your IBMid instead of your Customer Center to log in.
