Troubleshooting a failed status
To troubleshoot a Failed status, consider its location and take the following actions.
Failed status in search results or on Most recent documents page
The overall status of the data is Failed, indicating that it either failed processing or could not be sent.
Examine the Document detail page to see whether the Processing event failed or the Sent event failed, then troubleshoot the failed event in the Event details tab.

The Document detail table on the Document detail page displays the overall status as Failed, indicating that the data either failed conversion or could not be sent.
Find the failed event on the Document detail page, then use the File details tab to troubleshoot the error by examining the first 32K of the raw data at the point where processing stopped.
