Troubleshooting InFlight

Address concerns such as Processing and Failed statuses, processing and delivery errors, and not seeing any data.

No data is displayed
If you do not see any data when you click Data > Most recent documents or Data > Search for documents, you might not have any business views selected in on your Preferences page. If your Active business views icon is yellow, this also indicates that at least one of your business views is inactive. You can hover over this icon to see which of your business views are currently active, and you can select or change your active business views in your Preferences.

Troubleshooting processing errors
If a file or document has failed conversion, it shows a red status for the Processed event on the Document detail page. If a conversion error occurs, you will also receive an email notification that directs you to log in to InFlight and provides instructions for locating and using the Process ID to search for additional information.
Troubleshooting delivery errors
If a file has failed delivery, it shows a red status for the Sent event on the Document detail page. Usually, delivery errors occur when the system for the receiver is unavailable or when there are other network problems. You do not have to resolve delivery errors; the IBM system resends data automatically. If several attempts are unsuccessful, the IBM system generates an automated alert that is emailed to you and advises you to contact your trading partner regarding the undelivered data.
