Troubleshooting delivery errors
If a file has failed delivery, it shows a red status for the Sent event on the Document detail page. Usually, delivery errors occur when the system for the receiver is unavailable or when there are other network problems. You do not have to resolve delivery errors; the IBM system resends data automatically. If several attempts are unsuccessful, the IBM system generates an automated alert that is emailed to you and advises you to contact your trading partner regarding the undelivered data.
