Finding and viewing a connection list

You can view the list of connections by selecting Company resources and click Connections from the side navigation menu to access the Connections list page.

About this task

The Connections tab displays all connections that are set up by your company. The Trading partners tab displays a list of all trading partners. When you select a trading partner from within the list, you can view all connections that your company sets up with the trading partner.

You can:
  • Edit, lock, or delete the connection.
  • Sort the connections list in the ascending or descending order by clicking a column heading.
  • Unlock and transfer the connection for editing.
Use the search functions on the Connections list page to refine the search results. The search is not case-sensitive. Therefore, you can enter any part of the connection name.

The Trading partners tab displays the trading partners list (and count) according to each trading partner's SCI company ID (recent first), Trading partner name, and Connections. You can also use the search function on the Trading partners list page to refine the search results. To do so, enter a trading partner's SCI company ID or search by inputting the trading partner name.

Important: The following information applies to only public connections. On the Connections details page, where you can view the trading partners that use the selected public connection, click the Trading partners tab. You can sort the trading partners in the ascending or descending format on only the Status and SCI company ID fields. The trading partners listing is displayed in a paginated format. By default, each page displays up to 50 trading partners.
