Acknowledging recommended actions

Modern UI: On the storage system details page, click Advisory in the left menu panel. Select the recommended actions and click Acknowledge .
Classic UI: On the storage system details page, Click Advisor in the General section. Select the recommended actions and click Acknowledge .

Some recommended actions are caused by conditions that occur regularly and can be ignored. You can acknowledge those recommended actions to indicate that they were reviewed and don't require immediate attention.

Procedure

Choose how to acknowledge a recommended action:

Option	Description
Acknowledge recommended actions in the Advisor page	From the modern UI, Click Advisory in the top menu bar. If you are in the classic UI, Click Insights > Advisor. Select the recommended actions and click Acknowledge.
Acknowledge recommended actions for a specific monitored device	Modern UI: On the storage system details page, click Advisory in the left menu panel. Select the recommended actions and click Acknowledge. Classic UI: On the storage system details page, Click Advisor in the General section. Select the recommended actions and click Acknowledge.

If some of the recommended actions that you selected are already acknowledged, those recommended actions remain acknowledged.

Optional: To unacknowledge a recommended action in the modern UI, click the recommended action then click Unacknowledge. If you are in classic UI, right-click the recommended action then click Unacknowledge.
