When contacting support provide IBMid username and/or email address in the email request.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality and efficiency of IBMid support services, we are updating the way you contact our support team.
Effective Date to be determined, the current email-to-case support channel will be discontinued. Going forward, the official and exclusive method for submitting support requests will be through the IBMid website: https://www.ibm.com/account.
Beginning on this date, all support inquiries must be submitted via the website by following these steps:
- Go to: https://www.ibm.com/account
- Click on the “Have a question?” tile, or access the chatbot by clicking the blue AI circle located in the bottom-right corner.
- Select “Open a case”, or type “Create a ticket” in the chat.
- Complete the short questionnaire.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your ticket has been created. Please use this same email address to communicate with the support agent assigned to your case.
