Configuring shipping notification time

As a fulfillment manager, you can set the shipping notification time by using the Order Hub UI.

About this task

You can set the shipping notification time to define the minimum time that is required for the carrier service to initiate the delivery or pickup process. You can define the shipping notification time in hours for the created date range. For more information, see Shipping notification time.

Procedure

  1. From the side navigation menu, click Configuration Nodes.
  2. Then, click the Nodes card.
  3. To view the node details, in the table that is shown on the All nodes tab, select a node and then click Node ID.
  4. On the Shipping notifications tab, provide the information for the shipping notification.
    1. Select the shipping group.
    2. Create a date range for which you want to define the shipping notification time.
      Note: You can delete the existing date range by clicking the Delete icon. Then, you can create a date range.
    3. Define the shipping notification time for each day within the selected date range. Ensure that you define the shipping node time in hours and minutes.
  5. Click Save.
