Configuring shipping cutoff times

Shipping cutoff times help you to meet customer promises by providing you with accurate and flexible deadlines to deliver orders to customers on time. You can configure a Node cutoff time to specify the deadline before which PICK or SHIP orders must be processed to meet specific shipping timelines at a node. Also, you can configure multiple shipping group cutoff times to specify the deadlines before which SHIP orders must be processed to meet a pickup with a carrier services.

1. From the navigation menu, click Configuration > Nodes and click the Nodes card.
2. To view the Shipping cutoff schedules that are available, click a Node ID and select the Shipping cutoff schedules tab.
3. To view shipping cutoff schedule for specific shipping groups, expand the Shipping groups drop-down list to select a shipping group.
   The shipping cutoff schedules are displayed for the selected shipping group.

Adding a cutoff schedule

4. To create Shipping cutoff schedules, click Add cutoff schedule.
5. In the Define cutoff times modal, enter the Start date and the End date for the shipping cutoff schedule.
   If you enter any overlapping times for the shipping cutoff schedule. you will get an error.
6. To add the shipping cutoff times, for the Days of the week click Add, enter a cutoff time and click Save.

7. To edit Shipping cutoff schedules select one or more schedules and click the Edit icon.
8. In the Edit cutoff times modal, enter the Start date and the End date for the cutoff schedule. For the Days of the week click Add, enter a cutoff time and click Save.
   You can only edit one shipping cutoff schedule at a time.

Deleting shipping cutoff schedules

9. To delete Shipping cutoff schedules select one or more schedules and click either Delete or the Delete icon. Then, confirm the deletion.
