You can configure a pickup cutoff to schedule a specific time to restrict customer
collections. Any pickups that are scheduled after the cutoff are moved to the next available pickup
before the cutoff is reached for customer collection.
Before you begin
Familiarize yourself with pickup cutoffs. For more information, see Pickup cutoffs.
About this task
Configuring a pickup cutoff is optional. Also, you might choose to configure only a node cutoff
or to configure both node cutoffs and pickup cutoffs.
Note: If you define both cutoffs, ensure that
the node cutoff is not scheduled earlier than the pickup cutoff.
Procedure

From the menu, select
and
click the Nodes card.
- Select a node for which you want to configure the pickup cutoffs.
- To define the pickup cutoff, in the Pickup cutoff tab, complete
the following steps:
- Click Add Pickup cutoff.
- Enter a start date and an end date.
- To apply the pickup cutoffs to all weekdays or to the weekend, enter the pickup cutoffs and
click Apply to weekdays or Apply to weekend.
- To apply the pickup cutoffs to specific days, for the day of the week, click
Add and enter the pickup cutoff.
Note: You must enter a pickup cutoff time
for each day of the week.
- Click Save.
- To edit or delete the pickup cutoffs, in the Pickup cutoff tab,
complete the following steps:
- In the Pickup cutoff table, select a pickup cutoff to modify and click the
Edit icon.
- In the Edit pickup cutoff modal, update the pickup cutoff and click
Save.
- In the Pickup cutoff table, select the pickup cutoff that you want to delete and click the
Delete icon.
- In the Confirm delete modal, click Delete.
