Viewing server health investigations

You can view the status of investigations into memory leaks for a server on the server details page.

About this task

You must have a user profile with the View WebSphere inventory permission or the Manage WebSphere inventory permission. For more information, see Configuring roles and permissions.

Procedure

  1. Log in to WebSphere Automation; in the menu, click Operate > Application runtimes.
    For more information, see Accessing the WebSphere Automation UI.
  2. You can see the health for an individual server by clicking the server name in any of the following windows:
    • Health
    • Server management

    Then, click the Health investigations tab to view health investigations associated with this server.

    The health investigations page opens. An example appears in the following image.

    If you do not see the menu option Operate > Application Runtimes, or if you see a message that you are not authorized, then you do not have permission to access the page. For more information about permissions, see Roles and permissions.
  3. Click an investigation to view more information about it.
    A pane opens with further details and a link to view the investigation details on Instana.
