The WebSphere Automation user interface (UI) displays the
results of vulnerability and health assessments of the servers in your inventory. Administrators can
also use the UI to manage notifications of security and health alerts. You must have credentials and
appropriate permissions to view or modify settings within the UI.
Procedure

Open the URL to the WebSphere Automation UI in a browser.
Unless you have single sign-on enabled, the
IBM Cloud Pak foundational services login
page appears. The authentication options might appear differently than the following image,
depending on how identity management is configured.

On the login page, click the authentication type that is indicated by your cluster
administrator.
- Select Enterprise LDAP to log in using a configured enterprise LDAP
identity provider. If no enterprise LDAP is configured, this option is not available.
- Select OpenShift authentication if you are using Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform to handle identity management or if you want to log in
using an administrator profile for the cluster.
- Select IBM provided credentials (cpadmin only) to use the default administrator profile.

Enter the appropriate username and password.
These credentials must be for a user profile that contains the roles and permissions for using
WebSphere Automation.
The IBM Cloud Pak foundational services
Welcome page appears.

On the welcome page, open the menu, click .
The
Application runtimes section opens to the
Security page.
The
Security page contains vulnerability status information for your
WebSphere server inventory and pertinent CVE information. Your permissions affect what you are able
to view or modify.
