About this task
You can change the description of any MCP tool on the Events page in webMethods Hybrid Integration. Use the
following steps to change the description of a flow service, which is exposed as an MCP tool.
Procedure

Click Projects. Select a project and then select Flow
services.
- Click
for the
flow service and click Overview.
- On the MCP tab of the Overview page, edit the
service description.
Note: You cannot change the name of an MCP tool. To rename an MCP tool, you must first remove the
underlying service from the MCP tools list, as described in
Removing flow services from MCP tools, and reexpose the service as an MCP tool with the new
name.
