Using the Envizi ESG Suite materiality framework
Envizi ESG Suite includes a managed framework called Materiality topics, which helps companies document and score ESG topics based on their materiality to the company. The Materiality topics framework aligns with ESRS topics, subtopics, and sub-sub-topics. Each Materiality topic is linked to questions in other reporting frameworks, such as ESRS. Therefore, you can review the documented outcome of the materiality assessment when you create disclosures for other reporting frameworks.
About this task
To use the Envizi ESG Suite materiality framework, you must create a disclosure and add questions from the Materiality topics framework. Assigned users can then review these questions, document their assessment, and score the materiality of each topic.
Watch this video to understand what the materiality framework is, how it differs from other frameworks in Sustainability Reporting Manager, and the advantages of using it.
