Market-based Emissions dashboard views

The Market-based Emissions dashboard has Inventory, Renewables, and Certificates views.

Inventory view

The Inventory view displays high-level consumption and renewable metrics:

Total Consumption (kWh): Total electricity consumed across the organization.
Renewables (kWh): Total renewables consumed across the organization.
Remaining Electricity (kWh): Electricity remaining after renewable allocations.
Renewables Exported (kWh): Renewables that are exported to the grid without certificates.
Market-based Emissions (t CO2e): Market-based emissions in t CO2e related to electricity.
Location-based Emissions (t CO2e): Location-based emissions in t CO2e related to electricity.
Renewables %: Percentage of electricity that is sourced from renewables.

The Renewables view provides a breakdown of renewable energy contributions by region or organizational group:

The view shows key metrics, all in kWh:

Total Consumption: Total electricity consumed across the organization.
On-site Renewables: Total on-site renewables that are generated and consumed.
Green Power: Total green power (bundled certificates with grid electricity consumption).
Compliance and Jurisdiction: Total mandatory renewable energy certificate quotas.
Voluntary Certificates: Total number of voluntary certificates purchased by the organization.
Renewables %: Percentage of consumption from renewables.

The Certificates view displays certificate allocations:

Consumption: Total electricity consumption including grid and on-site renewables.
Renewables: Total renewables consumed across the organization.
Remaining: Residual kWh that is not covered by certificates.
Level 1, 2, 3 Group: Certificates that are apportioned across groups.
State, Country and Organization: Certificates that are apportioned across regions.
